On June 28, the 2X60MW Gas Distributed Energy Plant Project of CR Power Zhuhai Smart Energy Co., Ltd in Fushan held a commencement ceremony. Mr. Wu Xiaobo, Deputy General Manager of NWEPDI and General Manager of the Renewable Energy and Public Works Division, attended the commencement ceremony as the leader of the project team and delivered a speech as the representative of the cooperative partner.

The project is the first natural gas distributed energy project participated by NWEPDI in the Development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area. The Project innovatively designed a series thermal system of two gas turbines, two waste heat boilers, one full capacity back pressure machine and one condensing machine. This design is to ensure the safety, reliability and economic optimization of the system during operation on the basis of increasing the heating regulation range. Mr. Wu said that NWEPDI will organize carefully and fully cooperate with the construction subcontractor to make sure the progress of design and quality of drawings and try the best making out a satisfied construction design to meet the site construction requirements, to achieve a win-win cooperation and common development.

At the commencement ceremony, leaders of Zhuhai Fushan Industrial Park Management Committee, CR Power Southern China Region and the related participants congratulated for the commencement of the work, and expressed that with the full coordination and close cooperation of all the project participated parties, the project will be successfully completed and put into operation in June 2021. After completion, the plant will provide clean and green energy supply for enterprises in the Industrial Park, and help to the economic development and construction in Fushan Industrial Park, Zhuhai and Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area.
